Facts N' Figures is a Research Marketing firm based in LA. The dream was to
find a Programming firm to revamp our intranet website. We had hired a programmer
to build it for us but he left it with a lot of pages leading nowhere and many reports
that didn't work. I had spoken with a lot of programmers who wanted to scrap
it and start over. We paid the original programmer a hefty sum and felt sunk. Then
I called Robert and he told me not to discard the site, he could finish it with
the existing code. The result: a reliable intranet site for us to run our business
with and a successful organization which continues to grow thanks to Robert's
